Beware Black Friday, Friday the 13th. There's been many horror movies over the years set on Friday the 13th and even the least superstitious of us can still be a little bit wary on these days. Paraskavedekatriaphobia is the big word that describes a phobia of the day.

• If you were born on Friday the 13th your entire life will be bad luck

• Never pass a funeral processed on this day or you will die the next day
• Never cut your hair or visit the hair dresser on Friday the 13th or expect a death in the family
• Never cut your fingernails on this day unless you want bad luck
• Be careful when taking a trip on Friday the 13th - you could easily have an accident or worse
