• The first person you kiss after midnight is the person who will love you all year long - so get in there and smooch away!

• Buy something new for your house on January 1st - this will ensure that you bring fresh and new tidings to your home all year long
• Avoid breaking anything on New Years Day or this will set the tone for the year to come
• Don't loan any money to anyone on New Year Day or your money will keep on flowing out the door and out from your pockets for the rest of the year
